ABOUT US
The China Region Lakes Alliance (CRLA) was founded in 1995 to preserve and protect the water quality of area lakes through education and erosion control work. The CRLA members include the Towns of China and Vassalboro and the China Lake, Three Mile Pond and Webber Pond Associations. The CRLA has worked closely with its member organizations, the Kennebec Water District and Kennebec County Soil & Water Conservation District to promote water quality improvement projects and protect the lakes as an economic, recreational and ecological resource for the benefit of all.
The CRLA is governed by a board comprised of representatives of the member lake associations and towns.
